Megan Lamon, DVMDepartment HeadDr. Lamon was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She has called Washington home for most of her life and attended Washington State University for her undergraduate and doctor of veterinary medicine degrees. She graduated in 2005 and started her veterinary career in Wenatchee Washington as a small animal practitioner. It was there that she discovered her love of emergency medicine and since that time has been practicing emergency medicine almost exclusively. Her particular passions include small animal critical care anesthesia and pain management, along with management of critical care patients in general. When not working nights, you may find Dr. Lamon running along the Centennial Trail training for her next triathlon. She enjoys spending time with her family and together they are enjoy attending concerts or training for various races around beautiful Washington State. |

Joe Musielak, DVMDr. Musielak graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. After working in mixed practice for nine years, he decided to focus his career on emergency medicine. He became a staff veterinarian for Pilchuck's small animal emergency department in 2003, and has a special interest in transfusion medicine and surgery. He has since organized and processed donors for a small animal blood bank at Pilchuck to enhance the emergency services provided. Dr. Joe, as he prefers to be called, is an active member of the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society. Away from Pilchuck, he enjoys spending time with his partner, two dogs, and three cats. He may be found hiking, gardening, watching movies, or walking by the ocean with his digital camera close at hand. |

Dini McGregor, DVMDr. McGregor was born in Kailua, Hawaii. She grew up between there and the small town of Idyllwild, California. After graduating high school in Hawaii, she attended college in California, and veterinary school at Colorado State University. She started her veterinary career in 1995 in Laurel, Montana with a mixed animal practice, where she also worked with the local zoo in Billings. She has practiced exclusively small animal medicine for the past ten years in Snohomish, and has been working with Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital for the past five years. Her special interests lie in emergency medicine and surgery. Dr. McGregor lives with her husband and 4 children in Snohomish. She is active in the PTG of her kids' elementary school. She enjoys spending time with her family, including 2 dogs, 2 horses, 7 chickens, multiple fish, a tortoise and a hamster. They enjoy hiking, camping, boating and playing many sports together. |
